Return & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase at no additional cost.
After 12 hours, your order may already be processing with Hayati Tech, and cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns
Because our products are shipped directly from international suppliers we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Items that match the description but are no longer wanted
However, we do accept returns in the following cases:
Eligible Return Reasons
- The wrong item was received
- The item was damaged or defective upon arrival
- The product does not match the description
Return Requirements
- You must request a return within 7 days of delivery
- You must provide photo or video evidence of the issue
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, a refund may be issued in one of the following ways:
Full Refund
- Item defective or damaged on arrival
- Item not as described
- Wrong item received
- Item never arrived due to vendor fault
Partial Refund
- Missing accessories or minor issues that do not affect full functionality
- Delayed shipping (not eligible for full refund unless item never arrives)
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for the following:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Packages returned to sender due to unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Items returned without approval
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
5. Order Not Received
If your order does not arrive within 45 days, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different variant, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
